Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people know me via my Instagram @annephung, where I record my personal life: highs, lows, and everything in between. When I was 1 1/2 years old, my family and I moved into America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share the journey with you. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I worked hard to make them proud and had tunnel vision when it came to achievement. In my mind, I had a plan for life. Attend college, and then graduate. Wed. Get a home. Create children. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like being in my company job. Money and status did inspire me. I believed that I was wasting time for money. I had a passion for fitness and having fun and helping people while I walked this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, there are very many of us. As coach, my mission is to motivate people to live a healthier and enjoyable life by establishing healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. Also, I strive to inspire others to go after their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. In the beginning of my profession, the loss of my mother was the greatest hit to my personal life. In Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her every day. It is true that life has the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at this moment. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. And I really believe I was given a second chance at living a full and fulfilling life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I got my second chance at living the life of a fulfilled and happy. In my 30s, I have a sense that I am alive and living. I'm not feeling that I'm just another number. My goal in sharing my experience is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I hope that you be aware that love exists and that therapy can be regular. Health is your most valuable asset. I hope that you experience life at its best and have no regrets about your final days. The death of a person is the only guarantee in the world.
